Where should we start... How about being born on Friday the 13th, I'm not superstitious or anything, but it's kind of cool. I have lived back and forth between Alberta and BC most of my life, and while I love the beaches and sunshine, Alberta has always been 'home' for me. I'm Oilers all the way, although I will confess to occasionally just not watching when the losing gets tiring, but I have faith that the day will come!

I'm a news, music and pop culture junkie. I probably spend a little too much time on youtube, facebook and twitter (MelindaQ99), but the good news is that means I can always keep you updated. When I'm not cruising the interwebs I love cooking (and the subsequent eating), and I therefore love finding new ways to burn it off. I'm an antsy person who loves to stay busy, but when I'm not out about I'm reading rock star memoirs or watching movies and napping with my cat, sometimes I do all at the same time, how's that for multitasking!

You can catch me Thursday & Friday nights (and sometimes Wednesday) from 6PM to midnight, and weekends from noon to 6!
