Drillers Player Scouted by Alouettes
May 23, 2012

It's a chance of a lifetime that could turn into a reality. Stuart Schollaardt of the Grande Prairie Drillers is being looked at by the Montreal Alouettes. He's been invited to their football camp next week.
President and Player Amos Aldred says there's no guarantee he'll make the cut.
"It's a try out. You never know. It's hit or miss if you make the team. You could have a great camp or they may not want you the next day," he says. "It's all based on opportunities."
Aldred adds Schollaardt has the resume to back it all up. He's played for the Edmonton Huskies and in '07 he was the top offence player on the team.
The first AFL regular season game is June 2nd and 3rd here at home against the Calgary Gators.
