Fort St. John police investigate robbery, charge three in drug arrest

Bank robber sought
Fort St. John RCMP are investigating a Valentine's Day bank robbery.
They say just before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, a lone man is disguise walked into a financial institution on 100th Street in Fort St. John with what looked like a shotgun and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is described as 5'8" to 6' tall, wearing a Hi-Vis orange vest, blue hard hat and a black balaclava over his face.
Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Fort St. John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
Three charged in drug bust
Three people are facing drug trafficking charges after a vehicle search in Fort St. John.
A 49 and 40 year old man and 17 year old youth were all arrested after a traffic stop Friday turned up fentanyl, crack and powder cocaine and cash.
Drug house arrest
Fort St. John police also believe they have broken up a drug house.
Crack cocaine, marijuana, cash and other items believed to be drug-related were seized during a search at a home in John Saturday.
Charges are pending against a 34 year old man.
